Good Armor, Navigation, Rigging and Scanning.
A few PvP Skills: Propulsion Jamming 5, Nanite Op 5, Biology 4, Electronic Warfare 4, Thermodynamics 3.
Cybernetics 5 with all +5 Learning Implants.
Level 4 Security Missions available with Caldari Navy (35K LP unspent).
Remap only available on 22 Jun 2015 (but mapped Per / Will for more ships & guns).
Positive security status & wallet. No Kill rights for or against her.
No corporation history...still in starter corp.
Note: I could not get Standings to show on EveBoard...even though they show on other characters on same account?? So, I'll let you know that she has -2.03 Gallente Federation, -0.60 Minmatar Republic, other negatives are pirate factions. Also, she has -4.29 with Science & Trade Institute which may be from original owner declining too many missions.
All CCP rules apply and I pay the transfer fee. Parked in Jita and ready for transfer.

Thanks for the offers so far but we need to get much closer to 17B to "seal the deal".

Also received a 15B offer from Clo Ni via mail. Counter offers sent to both Fleandra and Clo Ni for 16B.
First to offer 16B takes me away today.
